<<1 Bedroom Apartment For Sale In Marbella

One-bedroom apartment in Eden Roc, directly on Marbella's seafront promenade, next to the marina and with the beach right in front. It has 47 m² built plus an 8 m² curved, covered terrace with side screens and open views over the sea, the beach and the harbour entrance. The living room opens onto the terrace through wide sliding doors. The kitchen is open-plan and integrated into the living area. It has been stripped out, with the wall tiling and connections in place, ready for a new kitchen to be fitted. The bedroom overlooks a park and has a built-in wardrobe with sliding doors. The bathroom has a shower. The building has a stone and wood entrance hall with a reception counter, and an outdoor communal pool surrounded by palm trees, facing the promenade. The apartment needs a full renovation (floors, kitchen, bathroom and joinery), which makes it an excellent opportunity to design it to your taste in one of Marbella's most sought-after frontline locations. Some images show a renovation proposal; the property is sold in its current condition.
